Email Campaign add on
All leads can come with an optional email campaign. This is a nice little extra touch that customers love. The next day after initial contact has been made by our telemarketers, an introductory email will be sent to the customer on your behalf. Below is an example; however I can send any custom message that you like.
Hello Customer,
My name is “your name” and I will be following up with you later today, on the conversation you had with one of my associates regarding refinancing your home.
Typically in less than 30 days I can save you 200-300$ a month or more on your mortgage payment. At the same time put several thousand dollars into your pocket, pay off high interest credit cards, remodel the kitchen, or take the family on that dream Hawaiian vacation. However you like I am here to assist you.
I will be calling later today, but before I call, if you have any questions feel free to email me back or better yet give me a call.

What this does is let the customer know who you are before they receive your call. Unlike traditional email marketing where the email gets thrown away before being opened, most of the customers will open this one simply because it will have their name and address in the subject line. Being this specific will prompt the customer to read the email. What we have found is that most clients will read, but not respond to the email, (In fact, a certain percentage prefer the initial contact via email). This will make phone contact more easily obtained.
