Power Partners Program
Thank you for your interest in National Hot Leads “Power Partners Program”. This program will allow you to double or triple your marketing exposure, with the same amount of money you would spend on quality leads; it would even save you money over having your own in-house marketing group. All of our leads will come with minimum criteria’s such as 80%LTV or better, 6.5%rate or higher, 500 min FICO or higher, no manufactured home, no recent refi’s, and no loans with a value of under 75k. As you know these are the preliminary requirements for almost every workable loan, And every one of your trained LO’s will be getting 5 leads every day (100 per month)
The basics to how this will work is we will share in the initial cost of the lead, and when a loan is funded utilizing one of my leads you will pay me a closing fee, If my leads don’t work out and you don’t close any loans then you pay no closing fee. This is true Pay for Performance Marketing, I will have a vested interest in your success, it will be our goal to close more loans.
There are a few qualifications to make sure that you are a good fit for this program that we would have to discuss in greater detail but here are a few general guidelines.
Be licensed to work in multiple states. (Exceptions to this would be highly populated states)
Typically close loans in less than 30 days. (You need to have an efficient processing infrastructure)
Have over 10 aggressive LO’s
In need of at least 50 leads per day
